The property includes living and dining rooms that open to a sunny south-facing terrace. Take breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco. The dining terrace has a sail-shade.
Enjoy a glass of wine on the roof-top "Sunset" terrace as you relax and watch the sun go down.

Air-conditioned.
The Algarve can be very warm in the summer with temperatures reaching the high 30's at times. We want to make your stay is as comfortable as possible, and a good night's sleep is always important wherever you are.
Casa Palmeira benefits from air-conditioning in both bedrooms, and the south-facing lounge.

Accommodation includes: master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a lounge sofa-bed
Family bathroom and separate shower room:
Bath and beach towels supplied, and there is a hairdryer in each bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen:
With dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge freezer

Air-conditioning/Heating:
Air-conditioning in summer, and a log fire and electric heating for the winter months.
Connectivity, TV and music:
Free wifi. UK, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Dutch television channels, and a DVD player.
Bose music Audio.

Other Facilities:
Large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool.
Tennis court immediately outside the house. (Racquets & balls are supplied at Casa Palmeira).
Children's play area. Gas BBQ.

Easy Access.
The house is just 20 meters from our parking area.
Easy level access is then available to the main lounge, kitchen, dining room, sun-terraces and shower room.
(Both bedrooms downstairs, lounge sofa-bed is within the easy-access main living area).

Transport.
The use of a car is recommended whilst staying at Casa Palmeira.

The local airport is Faro, just a 40 minute drive from Casa Palmeira.
Low cost flights to Faro fly from many airports in the UK.
When arriving at Faro Airport, take a rental car or taxi from Faro Airport, or we can arrange to collect you.
