A wonderful sea-food restaurant and less than a 10 minute drive from Casa Palmeira. Rei Das Praias has an outstanding location and a spectacular seafood menu, cooked in traditional Portuguese style.

Vila Nova
One of the best local fish restaurants in the area, unpretentious and relaxed. We are fortunate that its just a 5 minute walk away. Put away the car keys and stroll around to see Anibal and Isabel the owners. A lovely atmosphere, friendly and personal service, and truly delicious food.
Known for its fish and Portuguese Steak, fresh from the market and prepared by Anibal and his team to order, using all fresh ingredients and traditional Portuguese recipes.
A must for a cold beer or glass of wine at any time, then why not stay for a very memorable meal and a short evening stroll back to Casa Palmeira.
Ocean Restaurant
For a real treat on that special occasion, try the Ocean Restaurant. A 15 minute drive from Casa Palmeira, at Porches Beach.

Rui Silvestre learned his craft in France and Switzerland before returning to Carvoeiro and heading up the team at Bon Bon.
Warm, professional service either in the air-conditioned dining room or out on the terrace with a view of the Monchique hills.

Some of the best food on the main streets of Carvoeiro. Just a 15 minute walk down to town, or an easy 5 minute drive. A world-inspired menu with an interesting twist.
A good atmosphere; relax and watch the busy world go by.
We recommend that it's best to book in high season, or arrive and reserve a table for an hour later whilst you have a sun-downer on the Carvoeiro beach.
